Your main responsibility will be to manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level. You will build pipeline for multiple requisitions across business teams and geographies, considering diversity and the importance of balanced candidate slates.

In addition, you will drive inclusion through building diverse pipelines at the top of the funnel, partner with talent partners, hiring managers, HR operations, and finance to build hiring strategy and plan, influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices, and decision-making.

You will also provide exceptional candidate experiences, create new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our interview process, accurately track candidate data, and use systems correctly to report to the business.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, experience recruiting in high-volume, general, and administrative functions, and a track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, well-developed analytical and influencing skills, a positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to work with a high degree of ambiguity.

Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant will need to be based in Canada to be able to conduct their work.
