<p>You&#39;ll optimise existing product offerings to better serve streamers while developing new products that tap into emerging motivations around virtual goods, digital items, and shopping experiences. As a community-facing leader, you&#39;ll represent the Commerce business to creators, viewers, and external partners, ensuring our products reflect the needs and values of the Twitch community.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll lead a team of product managers building innovative commerce experiences that deepen the connection between viewers and creators while expanding monetisation opportunities across desktop and mobile platforms. As we expand globally, you&#39;ll develop monetisation solutions that work across different markets and payment ecosystems while ensuring compliance with regional regulations.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll architect the future of creator economics on our platform by developing compelling monetisation features, optimising existing revenue streams, and creating new opportunities for economic engagement between creators and their communities,all while maintaining the authenticity of community interactions that makes Twitch special.</p>
<p><strong>Strategic Leadership:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Twitch Commerce, balancing growth, profitability, and creator/viewer experience</li>
<li>Drive revenue growth through new product innovation, optimisation of existing products, and expansion into emerging opportunities</li>
<li>Partner with senior leadership across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Creator Development to align on priorities and resource allocation</li>
<li>Define success metrics and establish rigorous frameworks for measuring product impact on revenue, engagement, and creator earnings</li>

<p><strong>Product Development &amp; Management:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the development of mobile-native commerce experiences to close the performance gap between mobile and desktop monetisation</li>
<li>Drive initiatives to broaden the commerce funnel, converting more viewers into payers while maintaining healthy retention and ARPPU</li>
<li>Oversee the evolution from patronage-based products to engagement-driven mechanics that scale across community sizes</li>
<li>Champion data-driven decision making, leveraging experimentation and analytics to optimise product performances</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Team Leadership:</strong></p>

<li>Build, mentor, and retain a world-class team of product managers across multiple product lines</li>
<li>Establish product development processes, rituals, and best practices that enable the team to move quickly while maintaining quality</li>

      <Title>Workday Absence and Time Lead</Title>
      <Description><![CDATA[<p>At Keywords Studios, we are looking for a Workday Absence and Time Lead to serve as the functional expert, leading the solutioning for all time-related needs within the Workday system. This role is crucial in ensuring the business can effectively manage time-off, absence, and employee time-tracking processes in line with Keywords Studios&#39; P&amp;C (People and Culture) and operational strategies.</p>
<p>The Workday Absence and Time Lead will play a pivotal role in the design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Workday Time Tracking, Time Off, and Absence Management modules. They will collaborate closely with P&amp;C, Finance, and Operations teams to build and support scalable technology solutions for a global employee population.</p>
<p>The focus is on driving configuration, maintaining system stability, and ensuring queries are managed effectively through the Cloud Support Model&#39;s tiered system. The position will support in value realisation and migration from legacy solutions to a Workday Enabled centralised service.</p>
<p>This position requires deep knowledge of the Workday platform, specifically its core HCM capabilities related to Time and Absence and its overlay into Time tracking, Time Sheeting and Projects.</p>
<p>Main Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the technical subject matter expert on Workday Absence, Time-Off and Time Tracking capabilities, leveraging analytical capabilities and process orientation.</li>

<li>Provide expertise on Workday best practices and partner with Human Resources and other stakeholders to design cohesive solutions, mitigating cross-functional and technical impacts.</li>

<p>Requirements:</p>

<li>Minimum of 5 years of Workday Experience with specific expertise in configuring and managing the Absence, Time-Off and Time Tracking module.</li>
