      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Occupancy Planner to join Anthropic&#39;s Workplace and Real Estate team. This role is the DRI for office move management, space restacking, neighborhood planning and key stakeholder engagement across our global portfolio.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate brings a rigorous, data-driven approach to occupancy planning, excels at stakeholder collaboration, and is passionate about using technology and analytics to inform smarter space decisions.</p>
<p>This individual contributor role will directly shape how Anthropic plans, assigns, and optimizes its physical workspace as we continue to scale.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Capacity Planning &amp; Data Analytics</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the People Analytics team to integrate workforce data into capacity planning models</li>
<li>Develop and maintain occupancy dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership visibility</li>
<li>Analyze utilization data, badge access trends, and reservation patterns to identify optimization opportunities</li>
<li>Build forward-looking capacity forecasts aligned to hiring plans and portfolio lease events</li>
<li>Synthesize data from multiple sources to produce clear, defensible recommendations on space allocation and density</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>OfficeSpace Platform Ownership</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the global rollout of OfficeSpace, Anthropic&#39;s new capacity planning and space management tool</li>
<li>Lead implementation planning, vendor coordination, and change management across all office locations</li>
<li>Develop training materials and adoption programs to onboard internal teams and Space Captains onto the platform</li>
<li>Establish data governance standards, floor plan accuracy protocols, and seat assignment workflows within OfficeSpace</li>
<li>Serve as the internal subject matter expert and primary point of contact for the OfficeSpace platform</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement of the platform&#39;s configuration to meet evolving business needs</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Move &amp; Restack Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as DRI for all office relocation moves and building restacks across Anthropic&#39;s global portfolio</li>
<li>Own end-to-end move project management: planning, sequencing, stakeholder communication, and execution</li>
<li>Partner with Space Captains within each business unit to plan and assign departmental neighborhoods</li>
<li>Develop and maintain detailed move plans, seating assignments, and restack timelines</li>
<li>Coordinate cross-functionally with IT, Facilities, Security, and HR to ensure seamless transitions</li>
<li>Conduct post-move reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration &amp; Communication</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build strong relationships with Space Captains across business units to ensure neighborhood planning reflects team needs</li>
<li>Serve as a trusted advisor to team leads on space allocation, growth planning, and workplace norms</li>
<li>Create executive-level reporting and communications on occupancy performance and capacity outlook</li>
<li>Proactively surface space constraints, risks, and opportunities to the Head of Workplace and Real Estate</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>You May Be a Good Fit If You:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Have 5–8 years of experience in occupancy planning, space management, corporate real estate, or a related workplace function</li>
<li>Have hands-on experience managing office moves, restacks, or large-scale seat assignments across multiple locations</li>
<li>Are proficient with space management or IWMS platforms, preferably OfficeSpace (Archibus, Serraview, or similar)</li>
<li>Bring a strong analytical mindset and comfort working with occupancy data, utilization metrics, and headcount models to clearly articulate strategy to stakeholders</li>
<li>Have experience partnering with Finance or People Analytics teams on workforce and capacity planning</li>
<li>Are skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and confidently with both operational teams and senior leadership</li>
<li>Hold a Bachelor&#39;s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business, or a related field</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Strong Candidates May Also:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Have experience rolling out a new space management platform across a global portfolio</li>
<li>Bring familiarity with badge/utilization data tools and how to connect them to planning decisions</li>
<li>Have worked in a high-growth technology company scaling from hundreds to thousands of employees</li>
<li>Demonstrate experience building scalable processes and documentation for occupancy planning functions</li>
<li>Bring knowledge of neighborhood planning models, activity-based working, or hybrid workplace strategies</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Logistics</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience</li>
<li>Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience</li>
<li>Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position</li>
<li>Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.</li>
