<p>Requirements include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s or Master&#39;s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field</li>
<li>2+ years of relevant engineering experience (5+ years preferred for Bachelor&#39;s, 3+ years for Master&#39;s)</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of computational mechanics and structural simulation</li>
<li>Experience with Python scripting for automation or app development</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Ansys or other CAE/CAD/EDA/PLM tools</li>
<li>Expertise in one or more areas: vibration, thermal stress, manufacturing process simulation</li>
<li>Strong English writing and presentation skills, with ability to deliver training sessions</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 25%</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred qualifications include a strong understanding of material models and ability to translate business needs into execution plans.</p>
