This position will support DIS racing events, track rentals, and other events as directed. Perform routine preventative maintenance and repair procedures on racetrack and related infrastructure. Operate equipment and use tools as directed. Maintain the overall condition of the track, buildings, other facilities, and grounds.</p>\n<p>Essential duties and responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in executing DIS events – major races, track rentals, other events.</li>\n<li>Assemble and disassemble track equipment such as track gates, barricades, portable bleachers, etc.</li>\n<li>Use all types of power tools and large equipment including forklift, front end loader, backhoe, bucket truck.</li>\n<li>Perform preventive building maintenance duties.</li>\n<li>Clean, repair, lubricate and maintain equipment, tools, and machinery used for construction jobs.</li>\n<li>Use saws, hammer, nails, and bolts for framing.</li>\n<li>Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, compact and level earth to grade specifications using equipment, picks, or shovels.</li>\n<li>Perform light electrical, plumbing, drywall, and carpentry repairs.
