You will address industry sentiment, focus on strengthening institutional relationships, and connect with internal global music leadership to ensure a seamless flow of information and feedback.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and lead relationships with major and independent labels, CMOs, and key music industry partners across Türkiye</li>\n<li>Drive strategic alignment through initiatives like Quarterly Business Reviews, focusing on long-term growth and shared outcomes</li>\n<li>Represent Spotify as a trusted voice in the Turkish music ecosystem through events, panels, and industry forums</li>\n<li>Shape and deliver clear, compelling narratives that communicate Spotify&#39;s platform, values, and innovations</li>\n<li>Partner with Marketing, PR, Government Affairs, and global Music teams to align communication and engagement strategies</li>\n<li>Provide local teams with insights on market trends, emerging genres, and shifts in listener behavior</li>\n<li>Translate market data into actionable strategies that support artists, partners, and business growth</li>\n<li>Design and lead education initiatives that help partners better understand Spotify&#39;s tools, model, and opportunities</li>\n<li>Define and deliver initiatives that support the growth, diversity, and global reach of Turkish music</li>\n<li>Manage budgets to execute impactful programs across the local music ecosystem</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have a minimum of 15 years of experience across media, entertainment, or technology, with exposure to rights, partnerships, or content strategy</li>\n<li>You understand how the digital music ecosystem works, including streaming models and platform dynamics</li>\n<li>You know how to build and maintain senior-level relationships across complex stakeholder environments</li>\n<li>You are comfortable representing an organization publicly and can communicate complex ideas in a clear, engaging way</li>\n<li>You use market insights and data to guide decisions and influence strategy</li>\n<li>You collaborate effectively across global teams and can balance local priorities with broader business goals</li>\n<li>You communicate fluently in both Turkish and English, with confidence in formal presentations and discussions</li>\n<li>You bring a strong understanding of the Turkish music landscape, including regulatory and industry dynamics</li>\n<li>You care about supporting creators and contributing to a more inclusive and sustainable music ecosystem</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Arrangements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>This role is based in Istanbul</li>\n<li>We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best!
