This entails maintaining databases and tools, closely monitoring vehicle orders, and providing continuous training to importers on our order management systems.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spearhead the vehicle order process and ensure seamless tracking of orders throughout the supply chain, diligently following up on orders and ensuring accurate data entry within strict deadlines.</li>\n<li>Establish and maintain direct communication channels with importers and the headquarters in Germany to address any inquiries pertaining to vehicle orders in the system.</li>\n<li>Project owner of order management and logistic systems for both regional office and importer network, providing support, direction and management as needed.</li>\n<li>Ongoing management and development of system sales processes to ensure all markets are ready and able to complete vital business functions (CRM systems, Warranty Systems, PPN, etc.)</li>\n<li>Creation and management of Dealer/Importer structure in PPN and Sales related systems.</li>\n<li>Communication with other teams regarding product launches and market events, system support, and cross-department planning.</li>\n<li>Oversee, review, and classify importer orders and monitor the progress of all vehicles along the entire value chain from order to delivery.</li>\n<li>Facilitate efficient processing, payments, and communication along the entire logistics chain from factory to markets for timely delivery in the markets.</li>\n<li>First level of support for all order management, logistic and payment related sales operations (Regional office, importer, dealer, and HQ communication).</li>\n<li>Aid in the planning of sales conferences and presentations as necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree preferred in international business, logistics management, or other relevant field.</li>\n<li>2+ years working experience in multinational companies, luxury/automotive industries preferred.</li>\n<li>Operations and international business culture experience, with prior exposure to Latin America highly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Skills:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective and clear expression of ideas and information, and maintaining strong rapport with stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Fluent in English and Spanish.
