The team is dedicated to advancing technical excellence, driving customer success, and fostering innovation through domain expertise in SI/PI, EMI/EMC, and RF/Antenna simulation.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead pre-sales technical activities for Ansys Electronics high frequency solutions, including HFSS, SIwave, Q3D, EMC Plus, and Charge Plus.</li>\n<li>Partner with India and APAC sales and channel teams to support account planning and opportunity execution.</li>\n<li>Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex customer challenges in India and select APAC accounts.</li>\n<li>Support proof-of-concepts, benchmarks, competitive evaluations, and executive technical discussions to drive customer engagement.</li>\n<li>Guide customers through end-to-end simulation workflows spanning package, board, and system levels.</li>\n<li>Mentor and develop a team of Application Engineers, defining skill development plans and career pathways aligned with global standards.</li>\n<li>Build and sustain strong domain expertise across SI/PI, EMI/EMC, and RF/Antenna domains.</li>\n<li>Drive customer onboarding, enablement, adoption, renewals, and technical expansion initiatives.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with APAC and global application engineering leaders to share technical assets, best practices, and customer learnings.</li>\n<li>Provide structured customer feedback to influence product improvements, roadmap priorities, and beta initiatives.</li>\n<li>Represent Ansys India at technical seminars, webinars, user conferences, and ecosystem events.</li>\n<li>Develop reusable demos, reference workflows, and technical enablement material to strengthen India&#39;s technical delivery hub.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Position India as a global center of technical excellence within Ansys&#39; ecosystem.</li>\n<li>Accelerate customer adoption and technical success of Ansys Electronics high frequency solutions across India and APAC.</li>\n<li>Enhance the capabilities and expertise of the Application Engineering team through mentorship and skill development.</li>\n<li>Drive innovation and customer satisfaction by resolving complex technical challenges and influencing product development.</li>\n<li>Build strong partnerships with sales, channel, and global teams to maximize business opportunities and customer outcomes.</li>\n<li>Contribute to the creation and dissemination of best practices, technical assets, and enablement materials that benefit both customers and internal teams.</li>\n<li>Shape the future direction of Ansys Electronics products through structured feedback and active participation in roadmap initiatives.</li>\n<li>Represent Ansys India as a thought leader at industry events, strengthening brand reputation and technical community engagement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>MS/PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent, specialized in Electromagnetics.</li>\n<li>10+ years of experience in the high frequency domain, with deep hands-on expertise in electronics simulation.</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience using electronics simulation tools or multiphysics engineering solutions.</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams in a customer-facing environment.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of SI/PI, EMI/EMC, RF, or power electronics simulation domains.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.</li>\n<li>Logical problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and fluency in English.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with a sense of urgency and drive for high performance.</li>\n<li>Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.</li>\n<li>Leadership presence, cross-cultural collaboration skills, and a strategic mindset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passion and drive for personal technical excellence and high performance.</li>\n<li>Customer service aptitude and maintain customer focus.</li>\n<li>Business acumen and driven to succeed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Team:</strong></p>\n<p>You will lead the Electronics High Frequency Application Engineering team in India, collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary teams across APAC and global Ansys organizations.
