You will enable robust machine learning-based sensitivity analysis, optimization, and uncertainty quantification, empowering customers to solve complex engineering challenges. You will enhance the efficiency and reliability of industrial applications through state-of-the-art algorithmic developments. You will support the creation of high-performance, multi-disciplinary optimization tools, expanding the reach and impact of Synopsys solutions. You will contribute to research publications and patentable ideas, shaping the future of optimization technologies.</p>\n<p>To succeed in this role, you will need:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Master&#39;s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Technical Physics, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in C++ and Python programming, with experience in object-oriented development.</li>\n<li>Background in at least one of the following: machine learning, artificial intelligence, data mining, single-objective optimization, multi-objective decision making, or uncertainty quantification.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Python libraries for machine learning and data analysis, such as TensorFlow, Theano, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, pandas, etc.</li>\n<li>Theoretical knowledge of regression and classification methods, and experience with high-dimensional applications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>You will be an analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, an effective communicator, and a quick learner. You will be adaptable to new technologies and methodologies, and a team player comfortable working in geographically distributed groups.
