This operational and diverse role supports the daily development of sales within the division, focusing on customer satisfaction and supporting commercial teams.

Key skills required for success include a strong sense of relationship-building, active listening, rigour, organisation, agility, and reactivity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the offer / order cycle: entry, delivery, invoicing, payment
• Manage stock consignment for large corporate clients
• Manage debit notes
• Liaise with central services such as Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and Quality to meet client expectations
• Resolve any client disputes or complaints amicably

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in English is an asset
• Familiarity with SAP (SD module) and MS365
