<p>Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&amp;A) team provides strategic and financial partnership to EA&#39;s Leadership teams. We achieve this through engaging with our partners to understand our broad strategy, analyzing data, and delivering insights to guide EA&#39;s performance</p>
<p><strong>ROLE OVERVIEW:</strong> This Manager II, FP&amp;A will provide business support for our EA Mobile teams. EA Mobile includes studio teams responsible for such fan favourites as _Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, Golf Clash, Design Home, Sim City Build It_ and many more. You are capable of navigating and influencing across a multi-dimensional organization and engaging with senior executives. The role reports to a Senior Finance Manager. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in an EA office.</p>
<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> You will partner with senior leaders across EA Mobile and eventually transition to serving as the main FP&amp;A leader for EA Mobile, managing the vertically integrated live service EA Mobile business and any new launches. You will support and drive the businesses, working closely with other cross functional teams that support EA Mobile across all financial elements associated with the delivery of EA Mobile&#39;s strategy.</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the financial planning process, including the long-range, annual, quarterly and bi-weekly planning, month-end close and risks &amp; opportunities cycles.</li>
<li>Consolidate financial results for overall EA Mobile business</li>
<li>Provide regular financial visibility with regards to Outlook, Risk and Opportunities</li>
<li>Manage the holistic health of the franchises, including full P&amp;L responsibility</li>
<li>Engage and support M&amp;A activity, as required</li>
<li>Establish and track performance measurements across all major titles and projects</li>
<li>Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support our partners</li>
<li>Guidance on core finance processes, building efficiencies and streamlining deliverables</li>
<li>Balance priorities, and find creative solutions that achieve results</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>CAPABILITIES:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Seven or more years&#39; experience in mid-level to senior finance roles</li>
<li>Resolve complex business issues, ability to move beyond reporting to synthesis and insight</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis</li>
<li>Experience evaluating performance metrics and implementing action plans</li>
<li>Experience using tools, processes, and teamwork to work at scale</li>
<li>Preference for experience working in game development and mobile</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>

<li>7+ years of experience in mid-level to senior finance roles, including financial planning and analysis.</li>
<li>Experience managing P&amp;L, budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating performance metrics for live service or mobile businesses.</li>

<p>The Third-Party Supply Coordinator will be responsible for supporting operations at antifreeze/coolant third party contract manufacturers. This position requires a self-directed, excellent communicator who can work across all parts of the organization. The role requires the ability to identify and proactively address operational issues and quickly resolve supplier and internal stakeholder problems. This role requires the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees including OEM Account Management, Strategic OEM Customers, contract manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.</p>
<p>Responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Serving as intermediary for third party manufacturers and internal stakeholders. Provide support for operational issues and business requirements. Resolve all SAP, shipping, and receiving issues.</li>
<li>Supporting Supply Chain Planning with meeting forecasted demand and specific customer needs. Ensure execution of coolant blending and packaging production schedules at third party sites.</li>
<li>Creating stock transfers to Valvoline distribution sites, enabling complete and on-time fulfilment of customer orders.</li>
<li>Supporting inventory accuracy of Valvoline owned materials at 3rd Party Manufacturer locations. Monitor inventory variance via monthly book-to-book analysis and yearly wall-to-wall physical counts. Coordinate EG needs with purchasing. Complete SAP adjustments on billed vs. received gallons. Reconcile disputed variances.</li>
<li>Working closely with OEM Strategic Account Managers to anticipate customer needs and establish contingency plans to mitigate unplanned demand.</li>
<li>Overseeing execution of packaging revisions and new product introductions.</li>
<li>Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline.</li>
