The Senior Plant Controller is a member of the regional controlling team. He/she will manage and support all controlling supervision for two site locations (Žatec and Kadaň) and ensure data integrity going into the Group consolidated data.
\nKey responsibilities include:
\nProviding reliable financial / controlling information\nCollecting and managing data consolidation and reporting, ensuring data integrity\nControlling information in our Financial reports and supporting plants in their deployment\nEnsuring reliability of standard costing (Standardising costing processes and procedures)\nSupporting the plant and regional controller with variance analyses: analyses of standard costs vs actual, margin/program analyses, plant budget vs actual analyses\nContributing to the control and management of cashflow KPIs (capex, inventories, overdues)\nSupporting a large global organisation to get transparency on project profitability\nParticipating in the budget & forecasting process\nParticipating in ad hoc projects of controlling\nImplementing new processes or methodologies defined by the Region or Group\nContinuous improvement of reporting (PPV, current costing, inventory revaluation, BW reporting, etc…)\nSupporting SAP competency in new functionality\nParticipating to the process development with corporate (redaction and validation process)\nEnsuring the proper communication flow through the Region\nActively supporting controlling team development (training, workshop..) where appropriate\nParticipating to the deployment of SAP and transfer Accounting activity to a Shared Service\nEnsuring compliance with all financial procedures\nDeveloping, executing and controlling internal finance procedures, including spending authorisation, in accordance with Group procedures and policies\nEnsuring site activities are compliant with Group finance-related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings, …) and internal control basics\nAssisting with the external Audit
