Your Tasks:

• Independently process national and international customer orders, mainly through a ticket system, efficiently and reliably
• Handle procedures such as returns, exchanges, credits, and repairs
• Provide information on products, prices, conditions, and delivery times
• Coordinate service processing in close collaboration with the local workshop
• Record and control orders in the ERP system to ensure a smooth flow of goods
• Create internal guidelines and instructions after successful onboarding
• Create and evaluate reports, and derive measures in consultation with the management
• Participate in the optimization and continuous improvement of existing processes

Your Profile:

• You have a completed commercial education, such as industrial, office, or wholesale and foreign trade, or a comparable study or qualification
• You bring several years of experience in order processing and ideally professional experience in an industrial or commercial company
• You work structured and independently
• With your fluent German skills in writing and speaking, as well as good English skills, you can effectively communicate with our customers
• You are experienced in using MS Office (especially Excel) and quickly and safely work with new systems
• You have experience working with ERP systems, ideally with MS Navision
