The duties of the Head of Manufacturing will include:

• Lead manufacturing operations (roll cage production, paintshop and assembly).
• In charge of expansion into similar services and adding additional services in line with strategy.
• Develop and execute production strategies aligned with business goals.
• Own and manage manufacturing budgets and full P&L responsibility.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing manufacturing team.
• Report directly to the CEO on performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

The Head of Manufacturing should have the following desired skillset:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing and operations leadership, within motorsport or automotive sectors.
• Experience in business development and client management.
• Proven track record in managing complex production environments and budgets.
• Strong understanding of motorsport technologies and vehicle manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
• Fluent in English and French, additional languages are a plus.
• Customer orientated.
