<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>

<li>Being the “face of the product” with internal and external customers</li>
<li>Managing the day-to-day activities of multiple interdisciplinary technical teams</li>
<li>Coordinating activities with other Anduril Rocket Motor Systems organisations outside of Engineering, such as Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain</li>
<li>Driving commonality and cost reduction efforts across your assigned product line</li>
<li>Developing and executing to technical road maps for each of your products</li>
</ul>
<p>The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience with the design, development, and manufacture of solid rocket motors, a strong technical background in mechanical design, internal ballistics, structural analysis, or thermal analysis, and strong project planning and management skills.</p>
