As we grow, we&#39;re building a brand studio focused on setting a high bar for creative excellence in a fast-moving company where brand and design play a meaningful role. This is a foundational role, with the opportunity to define Cursor&#39;s motion language and establish systems that scale across marketing, product, and brand as the company grows.</p>\n<p><strong>What you&#39;ll do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evolve Cursor&#39;s motion identity and create scalable systems across product, marketing, and community</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Own motion work end-to-end — from narrative, storyboards and prototyping through final execution across product launches, campaigns, digital, film, content, and events</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Design for multiple audiences — from experienced developers to designers exploring code for the first time</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and optimise motion workflows, including the integration of new tools to improve efficiency and scalability</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with product designers to ensure motion consistency across the user experience</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with external motion partners and provide clear creative feedback</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ship fast, iterate constantly.
