This role blends strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and execution rigor to translate customer and business needs into actionable product development plans. You will serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders, engineering, and external partners — ensuring timely delivery, user satisfaction, and measurable business impact.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n<p><strong>Planning &amp; Execution</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define, implement, and manage a scalable product management framework, including scoring and prioritization models.</li>\n<li>Translate business cases and customer insights into clear product roadmaps and execution timelines.</li>\n<li>Partner with P&amp;L owners, engineering, operations, and sales to ensure consistent delivery of customer value.</li>\n<li>Own maintenance of company product roadmap including internal and external views.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Product Delivery</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the product development lifecycle from concept through delivery, managing scope, acceptance criteria, and release schedules.</li>\n<li>Write business and technical requirement documents, including user stories, project plans, and user acceptance criteria.</li>\n<li>Coordinate and drive engineering team to deliver high-quality, timely releases.</li>\n<li>Monitor release readiness, UAT outcomes, and post-launch performance to drive improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Communication</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, and Fraud Prevention.</li>\n<li>Host regular roadmap reviews and cross-functional alignment meetings to ensure transparency and prioritization.</li>\n<li>Create and distribute C-suite-ready materials to communicate progress against plan, goals, and KPIs.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support product launches and customer education efforts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Customer-Focused Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and manage internal and external product roadmaps with input from key stakeholders and customer feedback loops.</li>\n<li>Ingest, organize, and prioritize customer requests and suggestions for future roadmap alignment.</li>\n<li>Ensure the voice of the customer is embedded into every stage of the product development lifecycle.</li>\n<li>Build product solutions that deliver measurable outcomes — especially in security, compliance, automation, and partner/channel integrations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical graduate degree highly preferred.</li>\n<li>6+ years of progressive product management experience, including leading small (1-3) product teams for enterprise SaaS platforms.</li>\n<li>Proven success defining and launching B2B products with cross-functional teams.</li>\n<li>Strong technical understanding of modern SaaS architecture, APIs, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).</li>\n<li>Experience working with or within payments, fintech, AP/AR automation, or ERP-integrated platforms is strongly preferred.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to convey technical and strategic concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Data-driven mindset;
