You&#39;ll be the front line of how we show up with learners, moderators, superfans, and ambassadors , cultivating joy, trust, safety, and belonging through every interaction.</p>\n<p>You&#39;ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, and Customer Support to bring the community&#39;s voice into the heart of the organization.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing our core community channels (e.g., Reddit, Discord) and driving daily engagement, conversation quality, and member experience</li>\n<li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with moderators, ambassadors, and superfans</li>\n<li>Developing scalable processes, playbooks, and frameworks that uphold safety, trust, delight, and Duolingo&#39;s signature tone</li>\n<li>Monitoring community health, sentiment, and emerging risks, identifying insights and opportunities for continuous improvement</li>\n<li>Launching initiatives that grow participation, sentiment, and long-term community value</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We&#39;re looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in community management for a consumer-facing brand, ideally at scale.
