markets.</li>\n<li>Deep expertise in risk monitoring and reporting, including experience building or operating real-time risk dashboards and producing executive-level risk reports.</li>\n<li>Experience navigating market dislocations or crisis events, with demonstrated ability to take decisive risk mitigating actions under pressure.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of crypto market dynamics, including exchange risk, counterparty risk, liquidity risk, and the unique characteristics of digital asset markets.</li>\n<li>Independent and self-directed work style, with
