      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our EA Mobile team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will support the Product Marketing function for SimCity BuildIt, executing marketing strategy on projects promoting awareness, adoption, engagement, and retention of our players. You will collaborate on marketing programs with a strong cross-functional team, composed of internal team members and agencies including Product, UA, Platform Partners, ASO, Social, Community, etc. to achieve business growth. You will be a strategic partner to our studio teams.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Define longer term marketing objectives and strategy; develop and execute go-to-market plans for SimCity BuildIt</li>
<li>Utilize consumer &amp; market research and translate insights to inform the roadmap and marketing strategies</li>
<li>Act as a marketing partner and voice of the player to studio leadership throughout the product lifecycle</li>
<li>Monitor mobile market trends and the competitive landscape and be the voice of the market to the CFX team</li>
<li>Lead a cross-functional marketing team (Creative, UA, ASO, Platform Partners, Social/Community)</li>
<li>Brief partners on marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging and approve assets to ensure campaign consistency</li>
<li>Work with Creative team on marketing asset development</li>
<li>Collaborate with Analytics to build accountability (targets, experiments)</li>
<li>Manage marketing campaign calendars, asset deliveries, and messaging for target audiences.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business or related field</li>
<li>8+ years of experience in mobile marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing with 3+ years in mobile gaming</li>
<li>Analytical marketer who can translate data into actionable insights</li>
<li>Strong project management skills</li>
<li>Experience leading a cross-functional team; able to operate autonomously, managing up and down to studio &amp; marketing leadership and functional teams</li>
