<p>In this role, the Senior Client Partner will be responsible for nurturing and growing key relationships with existing advertisers through JBP development, extensive XFN engagement, and structured planning. Client Partners on our App Dev team are mobile experts who use their deep technical acumen to effectively consult app-first advertisers on complex marketing goals and represent their needs internally.</p>
<p>They are trusted advisers to senior marketing and agency leaders, ensuring they meet their business objectives successfully using Reddit&#39;s advertising suite. This role is required to be based in the San Francisco office and will work from the office 1-2 days per week.</p>
<p>Core Responsibilities: Act as CEO of your book of business, take full ownership of revenue forecasting, client relationship mapping, strategy development, and ensuring operational rigor Own book of business revenue and advertiser growth strategy for current and future looking quarters, developing strategies to achieve goals and expectations. Collaborate with Account Managers to create healthy growing partnerships between your App Developer customer base and Reddit Collaborate with existing App Developer advertisers to deliver Reddit solutions that help achieve their marketing and business goals Proactively explore and uncover the needs of your clients, leveraging insights and product knowledge to align their goals with opportunities on the platform Own relationship mapping strategy across book of business to manage and deepen relationships strategically across client direct and agencies. Primary point of contact for senior clients to communicate major platform updates, and/or opportunities that will deepen or expand the relationship Educate clients around Reddit platform capabilities to instill confidence and tee interactions up for success by appropriately setting expectations, identifying mutually favorable outcomes, and executing clear next steps. Proactively construct upfront and joint business plans, media strategies with top clients, while establishing mutually favorable measurement source(s) of truth Communicate feedback on our sales processes, vertical narratives, and ad products to cross-functional teams to help advocate for App Dev customers and improve the team&#39;s effectiveness and efficiency Share your industry, client, and product expertise by mentoring and training other team members and uplevel the overall team. Partner with Sales Ops to provide feedback on processes and sales motion. Proactively identify and own relevant projects, consistently meeting deadlines for all projects and their required outcomes Build and leverage deep internal relationships, both within your direct team and cross-functionally, working together to deliver on client and business goals</p>
<p>Qualifications: 8-12 years of experience in digital media with at least 4-7 years of media sales experience Deep industry expertise in mobile apps, mobile User Acquisition funnels, and MMPs Demonstrated high achievement against sales targets and quotas High familiarity with sales tools for client and industry research Proven experience upleveling relationships up through C-level executives Proficient at upselling with a proven track record of growing client spend Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising Ability to manage a book of business greater than 30 accounts Positive outlook, team player Motivated self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a Product Concern Engineer to join our team. As a Product Concern Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the Concern Identification and Resolution processes for our vehicle lines and providing support to the FCSD Program Manager.</p>
<p>The Product Concern Engineer will analyze data from multiple sources to identify vehicle concerns that dealers cannot successfully repair. They will perform additional detailed analysis to define concerns, identify the scope of vehicles affected, make recommendations on elements required of a successful remedy, and support the Program Managers escalation of concerns to the Functional Stakeholders for resolution.</p>
<p>The PCE will support those resolution efforts by coordinating service trials, performing service readiness actions to define parts and/or software requirements, and authoring bulletins and messages for dealers.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify technical vehicle concerns that dealers cannot repair using leading indicators and processes</li>
<li>Facilitate Quicker Service Fix (QSF) process for assigned vehicle line(s)</li>
<li>Develop supporting data and analysis to substantiate and define concerns</li>
<li>Interface with Engineering activities to support global Concern Identification and Resolution efforts</li>
<li>Represent FCSD CIDR in various engineering Functional Review Meetings to drive for concern resolution</li>

<li>Coordinate service trials to ensure feasibility of repair proposals from engineering</li>

<li>Review/monitor TSB/SSM/ISM articles generated by other activities</li>
<li>Support and engage in bi-weekly TSB/SSM/ISM review process to ensure consistency of publications</li>
<li>Interface with PS&amp;L team(s) to support accurate parts forecasting to prevent backorders for all CIDR led publications</li>
<li>Support Escalated Handling Team requests and work with Engineering SMEs as required</li>
