You will work on a Balanced Product Team and collaborate with the Product Manager, Product Designer, and other Software Engineers to deliver analytic solutions.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in and/or lead the development of requirements, features, user stories, use cases, and test cases.</li>\n<li>Author process and design documents.</li>\n<li>Work with the Business Customer, Product Owner, Architects, Product Designer, Software Engineers, and Security Controls Champion on solution design, development, and deployment.</li>\n<li>Generate metrics, perform user access authorization, perform password maintenance, and build deployment pipelines.</li>\n<li>Participate and/or lead incident, problem, change, and service request-related activities, including root cause analysis (RCA) and proactive problem management/defect prevention activities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in Software Engineering.</li>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a combination of education and equivalent experience.</li>\n<li>Design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust software solutions that integrate and leverage state-of-the-art Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, Diffusion Models) into production systems and applications.</li>\n<li>Build and optimize the infrastructure, pipelines, and tools necessary for efficient training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and serving of Generative AI models, ensuring high performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.</li>\n<li>1+ year of experience with developing for and deploying to cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure).</li>\n<li>Implement and optimize cloud services and tools (e.g., Terraform, BigQuery, GCP).</li>\n<li>2+ years of REST API or related development.</li>\n<li>2+ years of experience in development using a combination of the following technologies:</li>\n<li>Languages: Java, JS, TS, Python</li>\n<li>Frontend frameworks: Angular, React</li>\n<li>Backend frameworks: Spring Boot, Node</li>\n<li>Proven experience understanding, practicing, and advocating for software engineering disciplines from Clean Code, Software Artmanship, and Lean, including:</li>\n<li>Paired/Mobbing programming</li>\n<li>Test-first/Test Driven Development (TDD)</li>\n<li>Evolutionary design</li>\n<li>Minimum Viable Product</li>\n<li>Willingness to collaborate daily with team members.</li>\n<li>A strong curiosity around how to best use technology to amaze and delight our customers.</li>\n<li>Using CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Tekton, Jenkins, GIT Action, Cloud Build,
