<p>The Compliance Associate will contribute to the implementation and execution of the Compliance framework for Coinbase Luxembourg S.A. in alignment with applicable laws and regulations (e.g. MiCA, PSD2, AMLD).</p>
<p>This is a second line of defence role focused on execution and delivery of operational compliance tasks.</p>
<p>AML/CFT Compliance:</p>
<p>Support the execution of AML/CFT program requirements, including transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and suspicious activity reporting processes.</p>
<p>Assist in the preparation and timely submission of regulatory AML reports (e.g., AML Risk Assessment, FIU/LE responses, AML Questionnaires).</p>
<p>Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of AML/CFT policies, procedures, and controls in line with AMLD and local regulatory requirements.</p>
<p>Support SAR/STR preparation and filing processes, ensuring quality and completeness of documentation.</p>
<p>Assist with KYC/CDD/EDD quality assurance reviews and escalations as needed.</p>
<p>Compliance Monitoring and Testing:</p>
<p>Execute compliance monitoring and testing activities in accordance with the Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP) and risk-based methodology.</p>
<p>Perform periodic control testing to assess the effectiveness of compliance controls across business processes and regulatory obligations.</p>
<p>Document testing results, identify control gaps or deficiencies, and track remediation actions to closure.</p>
<p>Collaborate with the Central Compliance Testing &amp; Assurance team to ensure appropriate second line coverage and alignment on testing standards.</p>
<p>Prepare monitoring and testing reports, including findings, root cause analysis, and recommendations for management and governance bodies.</p>
<p>Support the development and refinement of testing scripts, methodologies, and tools to enhance the efficiency and coverage of monitoring activities.</p>
<p>Assist in the execution of targeted reviews or deep dives in response to emerging risks, regulatory changes, or incidents.</p>
<p>Regulatory Compliance and Monitoring:</p>
<p>Support regulatory horizon scanning activities and assist in assessing the impact of new or emerging regulations.</p>
<p>Execute monitoring tasks related to Consumer Protection, including conflict of interest, transparency, and disclosure requirements.</p>
<p>Policy &amp; Framework Support:</p>
<p>Assist in updating, and maintaining local compliance policies and frameworks in alignment with EU/Luxembourg regulations and group standards.</p>
<p>Support the maintenance of the Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) and related compliance frameworks.</p>
<p>Regulatory Reporting:</p>
<p>Prepare and coordinate materials for regulatory reports, dashboards, and internal governance presentations.</p>
<p>Assist in the regulatory reporting process.</p>
<p>Governance Support:</p>
<p>Maintain compliance registers (e.g., controls, conflicts of interest, breaches, complaints) and assist with governance documentation.</p>
<p>Assist in preparing materials for internal governance bodies.</p>
<p>What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):</p>
<p>At least 3+ years of experience in Compliance, preferably in Luxembourg or an EU-regulated environment.</p>
<p>Solid working knowledge of EU financial regulations, including MiCA, PSD2, MiFID II, PSD, AMLD, DORA, GDPR.</p>
<p>Experience interacting with regulators and auditors.</p>
<p>Experience in policy drafting, monitoring/testing.</p>
<p>Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.</p>
<p>Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and French as a plus.</p>
<p>Strong Ownership, positive energy and a Deliver Results/Efficient Execution mindset.</p>

<p>As a Supervisor, Customer Success Team, you will lead a team focused on monitoring and improving the quality and regulatory compliance of all customer communications, acting as a key line of defence to ensure interactions are clear, fair, not misleading, and fully aligned with CySEC / MiFID requirements.</p>
<p>Ownership &amp; impact</p>
<p>In this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead a team of CX agents and/or QA analysts supporting CBFSE customers across multiple channels (phone, chat, email), driving performance and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, compliant customer interactions.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Own the CX quality assurance framework for Cyprus , including scorecards, sampling methodology, and calibration processes , and drive continuous improvement in quality and compliance metrics.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Review recorded communications (calls, chats, emails) to ensure interactions are accurate, professional, and adhere to MiFID / CySEC standards (e.g., clear, fair, not misleading; appropriate risk warnings; no unauthorised investment advice).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Provide structured, actionable feedback and coaching to CX agents based on QA outcomes; partner with Training to address recurring gaps.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Compliance, Legal, AML, and Operations to translate regulatory requirements into practical CX processes, scripts, and knowledge base content.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ensure communication record-keeping and evidence (QA logs, samples, remediation tracking) meet internal policy and regulatory expectations.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Handle customer and regulatory-sensitive escalations, performing root-cause analysis and driving remediation to prevent recurrence.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Track and report CX quality and compliance KPIs for Cyprus, highlighting key trends, risks, and proposed improvements to senior stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<p>Minimum qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in customer support / customer experience within financial services, brokerage, trading, payments, or a similarly regulated environment.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>1–2+ years of experience in a team lead, supervisor, or QA role, including coaching front-line staff and running structured quality reviews.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong working knowledge of MiFID II / CySEC conduct-of-business requirements related to client communications (e.g., clear, fair, not misleading; disclosures; complaints handling).</li>

<p>Job purpose:</p>
<p>This senior role is critical to delivering the business’s long-term commercial ambitions in the UK Wealth Advisory market. Operating in a dynamic, high-growth part of the business, the VP will lead and elevate the effectiveness of the tele-sales function while maintaining an active sales remit. In particular, the VP will promote the use of AI powered leads, our CRM technology and Portfolio 360 in day-to-day sales team activities.</p>
<p>The individual will be responsible for generating and activating sales opportunities through telephone-based prospecting, deepening adviser relationships, and driving adoption of BlackRock’s product and technology capabilities.
