Key Responsibilities:

• Own a significant portion of direct project delivery for client engagements, with support from team members as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the AI engagement lifecycle, from initial scoping and pilot design through execution and final delivery.
• Lead strategic advisory conversations with senior client stakeholders, translating Komodo's AI capabilities into actionable solutions for their business needs.
• Manage 3-5 concurrent AI engagements, balancing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations across accounts.
• Support presales and renewal conversations by bringing credible AI and life sciences expertise to the table.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities within client engagements, escalating or acting as appropriate.
• Contribute to the development of the AI engagement practice by documenting learnings and refining delivery processes over time.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to support client engagements.
• Experience in management consulting with a focus on strategic advisory work, preferably at a top-tier or life sciences-focused firm.
• Direct experience working with pharmaceutical, biotech, or broader life sciences clients.
• Hands-on experience scoping, managing, or delivering AI or digital transformation pilots in a client-facing context.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to lead complex conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills , comfortable managing multiple engagements simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare data, commercial life sciences functions, or real-world evidence.
• Ability to operate with autonomy and adapt quickly in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.

Salary Range: $142,000-$220,000 USD depending on location.

You'll have significant experience, preferably in the beauty sector, and significant exposure to branding, packaging and print collateral. You will be a conceptual designer with a great eye for typography and a thorough understanding of Adobe CC Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Rhino and Keyshot or equivalent. You should also be a confident illustrator who can sketch ideas and translate sketches into packaging design. You will be able to interpret briefs, be extremely organised and manage your own projects from conception through to completion.

Reporting into the Head of 3D Design, you will help to develop creative concepts and design ideation for primary and secondary packaging briefs, as well as the delivery of some technical artworks. You will be an expert in print and be confident in presenting your ideas, whilst keeping up-to-date with current beauty and fashion trends.

As a Senior 3D Packaging Designer you will:

• Design ideation and concept development of all projects
• Manage own projects conception through to completion
• Present design evolution and ideation of projects to wider team
• Collaborate and communicate directly with cross-functional teams
• Communicate needs and production requirements to Artworkers and Packaging Managers
• Communicate and discuss copy direction with copy team
• Continue developing design and strategic skills
• Participate in the design review and production meetings
• Approve relevant colour/design-sensitive components of packaging
• Keep up-to-date on current art, design and fashion
• Be a reliable, responsible member of the team
• Set a good example to peers and junior team member
