      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re looking for a Production Planner to join the Supply Chain team at the McLaren Composites Technology Centre (MCTC) in Sheffield. As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for creating and executing the MCTC Production Plans to fulfill customer demand from the McLaren Production Centre (MPC) in Woking.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Create and execute the Weekly, Monthly and Annual Production Plan to fulfill customer demand while minimizing finished good inventory.</li>
<li>Creation, dispatch and release of Production Orders in SAP and Apriso MES (Manufacturing Execution System).</li>
<li>Interpret and interrogate customer demand, conveying the shipment profile to all relevant stakeholders.</li>
<li>Handle enquiries related to the Production Plan (MCTC &amp; MPC) and associated Production Orders.</li>
<li>Ensure the accuracy of the Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) and SAP Routing.</li>
<li>Support the productionisation of all new value-add initiatives.</li>
<li>Deputise for the Senior Controller as required, to ensure business continuity in their absence.</li>
<li>Material Control - Act as the primary contact for any assigned material categories, ensuring goods are delivered in accordance with the Component Schedule, to fulfill customer demand.</li>
<li>Support any Ad-Hoc tasks within MCTC Supply Chain team where required.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Understanding of the principles of production planning and supplier management.</li>
<li>SAP knowledge/experience is essential.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal &amp; written communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring the requirements of the department and wider business are met.</li>
<li>Structured and methodical approach to the management of work with excellent organizational skills.</li>
<li>Outstanding Excel and data manipulation skills; experience of using Microsoft Power Bi would also be advantageous.</li>
<li>Be point of contact for assigned suppliers &amp; manage relationships as required</li>
<li>Proven ability of working to tight deadlines, managing workload and prioritising tasks.</li>
<li>A team player with good communication skills and the ability to multi-task and operate effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.</li>

<p>The Data Analyst will be responsible for assembling data from multiple sources, conducting analyses, performing research, interacting with different internal customers, designing, documenting, and implementing analytical solutions, as well as compiling and presenting results, in graphical and written summaries, to a variety of audiences. You will be responsible for building metrics reporting systems and for tracking process improvements across the organization. <p>Your key responsibilities will include:</p>
<p>Assembling data from multiple sources, conducting analyses, performing research, designing, documenting, and implementing analytical solutions. <p>The ideal candidate will have: Relevant experience in a past analytical role. Expert data visualization techniques for charts and reports - good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau. Unstructured Data handling - Know best practices on how to stage unstructured data and properly model it to solve the problem at hand. Must have very good database and SQL knowledge, NoSQL and elastic search - a strong bonus. Data Analysis - good knowledge of R language, MS Excel mastery, including VBA, PivotTables, and array functions - or other similar tools used for discovering data patterns and correlations through statistical methods. Good math and analytical skills including statistics, simulation, and optimization.</p>
