The role also involves conducting FEA and hand calculations to confirm stiffness, clamp loads, safety factors, and ergonomics, generating complete Tool Design Packages, leading design reviews, and managing tool fabrication.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, composites, avionics and/or assembly, and experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
