Coordinate across runtime and accelerator layers to ensure efficiency wins ship without compromising reliability.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Launch Coordination: Drive end-to-end readiness for model and feature launches across multiple hardware platforms. Establish processes for cross-platform validation, manage launch timelines, and ensure smooth handoffs between runtime, accelerator, and downstream teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic Planning: Own and prioritise the inference deployment roadmap, working closely with engineering leadership to prioritise initiatives and manage dependencies. Provide visibility into upcoming changes and their organisational impact.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Stakeholder Communication: Build strong relationships across research, engineering, and product teams to understand requirements and constraints. Translate technical complexities into clear updates for leadership and ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and drive systematic improvements. You&#39;ll play a key role in helping agencies become confident, efficient Webflow experts while ensuring our program keeps pace with the rapid evolution of the Webflow product.</p>\n<p>As a Partner Program Manager, you&#39;ll:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>Support the day-to-day operations of the Webflow Certified Partner Program, ensuring policies, benefits, and processes are executed consistently and smoothly.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Manage partner lifecycle workflows, onboarding, tier movement, and offboarding, with a strong focus on partner experience.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Maintain program documentation, partner-facing resources, and internal playbooks to ensure clarity, accuracy, and ease of use.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Track and report on partner program metrics such as applications, onboarding completion, certification progress, engagement, and activation.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Help identify operational gaps or inefficiencies in the program and propose improvements that make the program easier to scale.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Support teams to coordinate launches, updates, and partner communications.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Support the creation and maintenance of scalable enablement resources that help partners succeed as Webflow agencies, including:</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Product education and feature updates</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Best practices for building and delivering client sites on Webflow</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Guidance on positioning Webflow with prospects and clients</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Help manage and organize partner enablement content across our LMS, partner portal, and internal tools to ensure partners can easily find what they need.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Assist with the execution of live and virtual trainings, webinars, and office hours for partners.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Work closely with the Head of Partner Programs &amp;
