      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Platform Analytics team. <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design and build core analytical data models in BigQuery using dbt</li>
<li>Refactor and restructure existing models to improve clarity, consistency, and ease of use</li>
<li>Partner directly with solution teams to translate business needs into well-defined, reusable data models</li>
<li>Define and enforce modeling standards, conventions, and layer contracts</li>
<li>Standardize identifiers and business logic early in the transformation layer to reduce downstream complexity</li>
<li>Centralize shared business rules and definitions to enable consistent, trusted analytics</li>
<li>Explore and apply AI-assisted approaches, to improve analytics workflows</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong expertise in Python and SQL and analytics data modeling</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role</li>
<li>Hands-on experience designing analytics layers in BigQuery and dbt</li>
<li>Proven ability to create analyst-friendly data models with clear structure and predictable behavior</li>
<li>Experience setting standards and influencing how data is modeled and consumed across teams</li>
<li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Clear written and verbal communication skills</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus Points</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working in a distributed or remote-first environment</li>
<li>Familiarity with metric definitions, or semantic layers</li>
<li>Experience applying AI or automation to analytics or data modeling workflows</li>
</ul>
<p>Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is $128,300-$203,000 CAD.</p>

<p>As a Product Manager for Player Relationship Management, you will be the strategic architect of the player lifecycle. <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lifecycle Strategy: Own the end-to-end player lifecycle strategy, focusing on deeper engagement, retention, and monetization.</li>
<li>CRM &amp; Automation: Define the roadmap for player-facing CRM tools, automated messaging, and bespoke experiences (e.g. VIP) for our most engaged community.</li>
<li>Data-Driven Personalization: Sophisticated player segmentation targeting and personalized game content.</li>
<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing and Game Studios to ensure events and communication plans are aligned with key in-game and regional moments.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience: 3-5 years of Product Management experience, ideally within gaming.</li>
<li>Domain Expertise: Understanding of consumer/user lifecycle, and/or CRM systems.</li>
<li>Analytical Rigor: Metric definitions, analytical tooling and interpretation of complex behavioral data and trends.</li>
<li>Communication: Ability to translate complex technical or data insights into actionable strategies for both creative and technical teams.</li>
