      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Engineer to join our team in Harvey, IL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by achieving sales targets within the Illinois and Eastern Iowa regions.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>

<li>Promoting the FUCHS value proposition by identifying customer challenges, leading product trials, delivering technical solutions, and winning conversions from competitors.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintaining market and competitive intelligence while leveraging Salesforce CRM to manage opportunities, forecast results, and advance deals from prospect to close.</li>
</ul>
<p>The ideal candidate will have a strong passion to win and to exceed sales goals and targets. Additionally, we will be looking for the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial consumable products. Experience in the Lubricants or Chemicals industries is required, with a focus on machining and metalworking fluids, which is strongly preferred.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong problem-solving aptitude and a customer-focused attitude are essential.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Self-motivated and driven for personal and company success.</li>
</ul>
<p>FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000 per year, as well as an unlimited commission structure. Actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications, as well as internal equity.</p>

<p>We are seeking a senior Industrial &amp; Specialty Segment Sales Leader to drive profitable growth across FUCHS Canada’s Industrial and Specialty Lubricants portfolio. This newly created role is central to our segment-based commercial transformation and offers national scope, high autonomy, and direct impact on business performance.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and execute the national commercial strategy for Industrial &amp; Specialty segments</li>
<li>Own revenue, margin, and EBIT performance</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and develop a national technical sales team</li>
<li>Drive value-based selling in complex manufacturing environments</li>
<li>Support high-value technical applications and customer conversions</li>
<li>Partner closely with R&amp;D, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Field Technical Services</li>
<li>Lead strategic pricing, pipeline discipline, and forecast accuracy</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of B2B technical sales experience in industrial lubricants, specialty chemicals, or related fields</li>
<li>Strong technical expertise in metalworking fluids, forming lubricants, industrial oils, or specialty greases</li>
<li>5+ years of people leadership experience</li>
<li>Proven success in value-based selling and new business development</li>
<li>Strong business and financial acumen</li>
<li>CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)</li>
<li>Ability to travel within Canada (primarily Ontario and Quebec) &amp; internationally</li>
<li>Bilingual English/French is a strong asset</li>
