About the Role

We seek a dynamic People Operations Generalist who excels in a versatile role, balancing strategic HR initiatives with the essential groundwork that keeps the department afloat.
Leverage AI tools, automation, and real-time data to proactively surface workforce insights - building dashboards and reports in Rippling and Google Sheets that track headcount trends, attrition, and compensation changes, and recruiting pipeline insights.

Support the performance review cycle operationally - managing timelines, system setup, and producing summary analyses that equip leadership and managers to make informed coaching and compensation decisions.

Partner with the Director of People on compensation strategy, including salary banding, merit cycles, and performance-related increases.

New hire / Employee related work:

Maintain and administer company HR policies, serving as the go-to resource for employee and manager questions on policy interpretation, workplace guidelines, and day-to-day HR matters.

Champion office culture and employee experience - organizing team events, fostering in-office energy, and creating touchpoints that make the Flow NYC Office a place people are excited to work from and collaborate in everyday.

Ideal Profile
