<p><strong>What We&#39;re Looking For</strong></p>
<p>We&#39;re looking for a highly motivated sales professional to drive growth in financial institutions across Japan. As a FSI Sales Director, you will be responsible for executing the sales go-to-market strategy, identifying new opportunities, building our pipeline, winning new deals, and meeting company targets.</p>
<p><strong>What You&#39;ll Be Doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Define and execute the Japan Financial Services go-to-market strategy in partnership with the Head of Sales Asia &amp; Japan, SME teams, and APAC Alliances Director.</li>
<li>New logo acquisition across Japan&#39;s mega banks and insurance institutions in a high-impact hunting role.</li>
<li>Consistently achieve revenue targets while expanding footprint within strategic accounts.</li>
<li>Build and progress a high-quality pipeline through disciplined prospecting and structured account planning.</li>
<li>Engage C-suite, business, data, and technology leaders, positioning Quantexa as a strategic enterprise partner.</li>
<li>Orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, driving opportunities to close.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership and Solution Engineering to shape compelling technical and commercial outcomes.</li>
<li>Execute aligned account strategies that convert executive engagement into tangible commercial results.</li>
<li>Tokyo-based role focused on Japan&#39;s Financial Services sector.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A deep understanding of the Japan financial services landscape</li>
<li>Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-month enterprise solutions</li>
<li>Expertise working and solution selling within Japan mega banks and Insurance</li>
<li>Ambitious and energetic with strong inter-personal skills</li>
<li>Good team player, capable of delivering results in less than perfect circumstances</li>
<li>Emotionally intelligent and good reader of people</li>
<li>Fluent Japanese and strong business-level English required as a minimum</li>
<li>Experience of working across multi-national cross functional teams, such as pre-sales, product, marketing, customer success etc...</li>
