<li>Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and current design trends within consumer tech or lifestyle categories</li>
<li>Ability to guide, brief, and evaluate creative output with a clear and confident point of view</li>
<li>Portfolio demonstrating visual judgment, content direction, and creative execution</li>
</ul>

<li>Route insertion orders and contracts for approval.</li>
<li>Track signatures and documentation.</li>
<li>Coordinate invoice processing and vendor payments.</li>
<li>Maintain budget trackers and cost documentation.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Manage creative trafficking and vendor delivery.</li>
<li>Collect and distribute post-launch photo/video assets.</li>
<li>Maintain centralized archive of approvals and assets.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintain campaign dashboards and trackers.</li>
<li>Support monthly reporting and KPI documentation.</li>
<li>Identify workflow improvements and build SOPs.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>3–7 years of experience in project management.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.</li>
<li>Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.</li>
<li>Comfort with contracts, invoicing, and financial coordination.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Proactive problem-solver who thrives in deadline-driven environments.</li>
