In this role, you will hire the foundational sales team, set strategic direction of the Figma Weave strategy and work in close partnership with the Leadership Team to build out the future roadmap.</p>
<p>This role involves:</p>
<ul>
<li>End-to-end ownership and accountability for new business strategy across Figma Weave</li>
<li>Attract, hire and retain the best commercial talent to scale the Figma Weave Sales Team</li>
<li>Participate in customer and prospect meetings</li>
<li>Be passionate about career development and coaching</li>
<li>Bring strong sales excellence, process and methodology as we expand and scale the business</li>
<li>Lead weekly forecast meetings and mentor the Sales team on strategies to help exceed their goals</li>
<li>Collaborate with and provide insight to the Executive team on the needs of the team and the market</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure they understand and can service the needs of the market and members in the region</li>
</ul>
<p>We&#39;d love to hear from you if you have:</p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS) with 3+ years of management experience</li>
<li>Experience selling with an Enterprise book of customers (5000+ FTEs) and selling to executives</li>
<li>Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales team</li>
<li>Understanding of our technical and competitive landscape</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment</li>
<li>Excitement for increasing customer happiness and developing lasting customer relationships</li>
</ul>
<p>While not required, it&#39;s an added plus if you also have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience using or working with node-based design tools</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment</li>
<li>Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for a Director, Enterprise Sales to shape our sales strategy and collaborate with teams across the company. This is a full-time role that can be held from our Paris hub.</p>
<p>As a Director, Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for the engagement, expansion and retention of our rapidly growing customer base. You will report to the Senior Director, Sales Southern Europe.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>

<li>Evaluating and implementing playbooks, and systems needed to support a high-growth team</li>

<li>10+ years of experience in sales and 5+ years of leadership experience, with ideally 1+ years of experience in second-line leadership within a B2B SaaS company</li>
<li>Prior experience leading both Managers and Enterprise Account Executives</li>
<li>Proven experience leading and building successful, collaborative, and hard-working sales teams</li>
<li>A proven track record of leading Sales teams to consistently meet and exceed goals</li>
</ul>
<p>While it&#39;s not required, it&#39;s an added plus if you also have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment</li>
