      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a Managing Director, SEO to drive the expansion of our SEO and AI Visibility efforts. The primary objective is to continue to grow the SEO practice profitably by building an approach that utilizes the best people, processes and technology to deliver client results via organic and AI search.</p>
<p>As a Managing Director, SEO, you will be responsible for managing the P&amp;L and growing revenue across the NAMER SEO practice. You will align the organization around a single vision for delivering AI SEO visibility and organic traffic. You will also senior sponsor our largest SEO client relationships, working with Brainlabs SEO teams to develop strategy and communicating SEO strategy to client-side C-level stakeholders.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Managing the P&amp;L and growing revenue across the NAMER SEO practice</li>
<li>Aligning the organization around a single vision for delivering AI SEO visibility and organic traffic</li>
<li>Senior sponsoring our largest SEO client relationships, working with Brainlabs SEO teams to develop strategy and communicating SEO strategy to client-side C-level stakeholders</li>
<li>Co-leading GTM for AI Visibility efforts with the Chief Product Officer, leading new business SEO opportunities</li>
<li>Defining the partners and tech to best serve Brainlabs&#39; clients</li>
<li>Guiding measurement strategy for SEO and AI Visibility</li>
<li>Delivering SEO thought leadership across social media, Brainlabs&#39; blog and industry speaking engagements</li>
</ul>
<p>The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of SEO experience, including leading SEO teams, developing and executing SEO strategy for enterprise clients, and participating in sales processes. They will have an opinion on how AI and LLMs have changed SEO and how brands need to adapt to drive increased AI visibility. They will be held in high regard by media partners and colleagues, comfortable in a QBR, on stage or in a pitch closing media business, and have a track record of hiring, developing and growing successful teams.</p>
<p>We are looking for someone who lives our culture code every day, can take a pragmatic, first-principles approach, balance quick wins versus long-term tactics, and grow our SEO Practice revenue via both new business and new buying assignments from existing clients.</p>

<p>The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. <p><strong>About the team</strong></p>
<p>OpenAI’s mission is to ensure the responsible and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence. In support of that mission, the Marketing team helps deeply understand customer audiences and market dynamics, influence the development of the right products, build sustainable and customer-aligned monetization models, and drive awareness, adoption, and usage across OpenAI’s products and platform.</p>
<p>We take a data-driven approach to understand markets, develop monetization strategies, and uncover customer needs that shape product strategy and messaging. We partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Research, Comms, and Design to deliver a cohesive end-to-end customer experience and lead go-to-market efforts for new product launches across channels.</p>
<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for a Monetization Product Marketer, Advertising to help shape and scale our advertising products and go-to-market strategy. You’ll combine strategy, market and customer insight with strong product intuition to guide roadmap priorities, mitigate product risks, and deliver launches and coordinate go-to-markets that drive adoption and measurable business impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys turning complex technical capabilities into clear customer value, and can lead cross-functional work in a fast-moving environment.</p>
<p><strong>In this role you will:</strong></p>

<li>Lead market assessment and customer discovery to identify advertiser needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics</li>
