      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re looking for a sharp, positive, and motivated self-starter to join our Mid-Market Sales team in Los Angeles. As an Acquisitions Account Manager, you will be responsible for rapidly onboarding new Mid-Market clients on Reddit, establishing a clear test &amp; learn roadmap, driving campaign optimization, and achieving core client goals within the first six months.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Client Onboarding &amp; Strategy: Lead the process of activating new clients on Reddit by supporting them with the Business Manager and initial campaign creation processes.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Signal &amp; Technical Foundations: Ensure all new advertisers have a strong implementation of pixel/CAPI/MMP/measurement.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Performance Optimization &amp; Goal Attainment: Analyze campaign performance data, implement a continuous Test &amp; Learn roadmap, and provide data-backed recommendations to help clients beat their initial goals.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Upsell &amp; Revenue Scaling: Identify and secure scaling opportunities within the first two quarters by demonstrating clear ROI, leading to expanded budgets and seamless transition to the SSG team.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure clients are onboarded to Reddit effectively.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Graduation Readiness: Ensure all clients meet clearly defined Success Criteria and are positioned for high growth before formally transitioning them to the SSG Account Executive.</li>
</ul>
<p>What You&#39;ll Bring:</p>
<ul>
<li>4-7 years of experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or Media Planning/Strategy role within digital advertising, social media, or performance marketing.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, high attention to detail, and an organized, methodical and proactive approach to working with a high volume of clients and internal teams.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proficient in using data and working with Excel to provide insights, optimization recommendations and prove ROI.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Expertise in Test &amp; Learn and Measurement Lift methodologies and creating structured learning agendas for clients.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Solid understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong technical acumen to ensure signal foundations are determined and implemented.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Tenacious and proactive approach to working through product, process, and client challenges.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners.</li>
</ul>
