<li>Establishing virtual product development workflows using advanced methodologies like model order reduction, control integration, validation, and design optimization.</li>
<li>Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop Multiphysics simulation workflows and conduct system performance analysis.</li>
<li>Enabling simulation-driven component development and system validation using advanced simulation technologies.</li>
<li>Working closely with customers to solve development and validation challenges, accelerating product development cycles.</li>

<p>To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of electromagnetic field theory, power electronics, and simulation methods for power loss and efficiency analysis, hands-on experience with Ansys Maxwell, Ansys Motor-CAD, Ansys TwinBuilder, Ansys Q3D Extractor, or similar simulation tools, proficiency in programming languages (Python, C#, Javascript) for automating simulation workflows, and knowledge of control development, validation, and testing (model-in-loop, hardware-in-loop) for electric machines or power electronics.</p>
