      <Description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Assembly Planner</strong></p>
<p>The Assembly Planner is a key role within the production team, responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring assembly activities to ensure timely production, material availability, and effective coordination with suppliers and internal teams.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and maintain assembly schedules based on production plans and priorities.</li>
<li>Ensure assembly activities are aligned with material availability and capacity.</li>
<li>Support colleagues by coordinating daily and weekly assembly plans.</li>
<li>Produce paperwork to allow the assembly of parts and ensure jobs are kitted and passed on timely manner to cells.</li>
<li>Track material and component deliveries from suppliers.</li>
<li>Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.</li>
<li>Perform any other assembly planning–related tasks as assigned by management.</li>
<li>Monitor the business system data and identify issues requiring attention such as late slow moving or errors.</li>
<li>Support stock taking activities with count sheets and data entry.</li>
<li>Comply with business policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Cooperate with all other areas as when required.</li>
<li>Control Waste stream management organising collections and deliveries and subsequent paperwork to ensure adherence to environmental requirements.</li>
</ul>

<li>Able to understand &amp; maintain the materials management system, ensuring that transactions are identified and that their status is accurate and up to date.</li>

<li>Must have the ability and confidence to stop processes if quality standards are not met, or if the safety of themselves or other people is in doubt.</li>
