<p>To feed and remove materials for Transfer, Progressive and Manual Presses</p>
<p><strong>2. Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Load and unload coils on feeders using overhead crane.</li>
<li>Weighs coils using crane scale.</li>
<li>Pick coils using bar coders- first in first out</li>
<li>Feed and remove material bins.</li>
<li>Transport steel coils, and blanks to and from presses.</li>
<li>Loads coils and blanks into feeders or blank carts.</li>
<li>Transport die&#39;s to and from Toolroom and Press Shop.</li>
<li>Load and unload dies from presses.</li>
<li>Participate in the Quick Die Change Program.</li>
<li>Participate in the Employee Involvement Program.(Kaizen)</li>
<li>Double check bar code information.</li>
<li>Transport stampings to assigned locations.</li>
<li>Must follow non-conforming procedures when conditions arise.</li>
<li>Keep coil storage clean, organized and safe.</li>
<li>Keep wood skids organized and stored safe.</li>
<li>Ensures Tow motors are kept clean and safe.</li>
<li>Completes Tow motor inspections at the start of each shift and record information on Tow motor safety checklist.</li>
<li>Works in a safe manner and observes plant safety rules and regulations at all times.</li>
<li>Participates in all housekeeping duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Reports any abnormalities or unsafe conditions to parts or machinery to their manager or Supervisor.</li>
<li>Will maintain due diligence in regard to environmental matters, minimize any potentially harmful</li>
</ul>
<p>Accidents. Will follow the environmental guidelines for aspects as outlined in the job training requirements.</p>
<ul>
<li>Follow all departmental and general procedures where applicable</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager and/or Department Manager</li>
<li>Abide by all company safety rules, responsibilities, policies and procedures including the legislative requirements of the OHSA</li>
