The Senior Credit Advisor will be the go-to expert on all credit and risk-based products with emphasis and support to Private Banking relationship managers and business heads.</p>
<p>As a Senior Credit Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying, structuring, negotiating, and underwriting new credit opportunities. You will build trust with clients, learning new concepts and researching information in real-time to provide creative solutions. You will handle risk and portfolio management with credit products.</p>
<p>Key qualifications for this role include experience in underwriting from start to finish credit memos for various credit products, such as lending secured by marketable securities, single stock, unsecured, commercial real estate, residential mortgages, hedge funds, private equity capital call, art, financial sponsors, unlisted shares, life insurance premium finance, music rights lending, CAT B foreign exchange, and derivatives lending. You will also create credit memos that discuss transaction summaries, loan structures, covenants, collateral, financials spreads, risk and mitigants, strengths and weaknesses, documentation, and recommendations.</p>
<p>Client-facing experience and dealing with Private Bank High Net Worth Clients is essential. Familiarity with credit analysis, relationship building, and Microsoft Office is also required.</p>
