<p>Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Document and refine transaction processes and playbooks to enable scalable deal execution as Anthropic expands its infrastructure footprint across the region</li>
<li>Partner with the Compute Markets Manager to prioritize markets, sites, and counterparties, and feed deal learnings back into Europe market strategy</li>

<p>You may be a good fit if you:</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for a Developer Community Lead to drive the strategy and execution of our developer and builder community programs across EMEA. This is an early and high-impact role: you&#39;ll be the regional owner for adapting centrally developed playbooks and programs to local markets, executing community activations on the ground, and identifying net-new opportunities that support a B2C2B growth motion across Europe.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll work in close partnership with the central Community team in the US, which leads overall program operations, playbook development, and strategic direction. Your focus will be on market-specific execution, customization, and expansion , collaborating with EMEA sales, marketing, and product leads to develop the market entry and expansion strategy for community programs, and identifying which programs to deploy where and when based on regional priorities. <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead customer listening, go-to-market strategy, positioning, and adoption for one or more critical areas within our Publisher and Platform portfolio. This could include products such as Microsoft Clarity, Microsoft Monetize, Microsoft Curate, third-party DSP integrations, privacy and identity solutions, and CRM/martech solutions. You will partner closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to shape product direction, craft compelling value propositions, and drive adoption through thoughtful go-to-market execution.</p>
<p><strong>Accountabilities</strong></p>

<li>Conduct in-depth market research across publisher and platform sectors, identifying emerging trends, competitive threats, and partnership opportunities that directly inform the company&#39;s quarterly strategic planning sessions</li>
<li>Define and evolve differentiated product positioning and value propositions that resonate with customer needs and business outcomes</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The Candidate we&#39;re looking for</strong></p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or similar roles, leading cross-organizational teams and working with Engineering partners</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Technical skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in applying different customer listening approaches to inform and influence product development</li>
<li>Experience in product positioning and value proposition, with experience in leading differentiated value propositions and trade-offs</li>
