<p>Requirements: 6+ years experience on Compensation teams Experience with compensation programs, benchmarking, and market pricing. Experience with Radford and Pave is a plus. Ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights Comfort working in a ultra fast paced environment Eagerness to build, learn, and grow</p>
<p>Nice to haves: Understanding of international compensation practices and regulatory environments Experience with pre-IPO equity programs Familiarity with AI tools (if not, we will teach you!)</p>

<p>As a Sr. Compensation Partner, you will drive Anduril&#39;s success by bringing your compensation expertise to our leadership team and helping us scale. <p>Key responsibilities include:</p>

<li>Partner with Senior Leaders and People Business Partners to drive and ensure the success of Anduril&#39;s compensation programs for Manufacturing including Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams at Arsenal-1.</li>
<li>Guide People Business Partners and leadership teams throughout annual and mid-year compensation planning cycles specific to our Arsenal-1 population.</li>
<li>Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation, aligned with organisational strategy and market trends.</li>
<li>Lead job evaluation processes, conduct market pricing analyses, and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across all job families and levels.</li>
<li>Partner closely with leadership and HR teams to resolve complex compensation issues, support strategic decision-making, and drive the implementation of compensation initiatives across the organisation.</li>

<p>In addition to these responsibilities, you will also work closely with our People Operations team during our annual &amp; midyear compensation cycles including implementation, budgets, UAT testing and spearhead data integrity.</p>
<p>You will lead change management and communications of compensation practices with managers, team members, and across the People Team.</p>
<p>You will build strong partnerships with the Production/Manufacturing Division Leads, People Business Partner, Talent, Payroll, Legal, Stock, Finance and Accounting teams as well as our 3rd party vendors.</p>
<p>You will work closely with and interrogate compensation data, to form data driven guidance to People Business Partners and Leaders.</p>

<p>We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Compensation Analytics to lead complex compensation analyses and deliver high-impact insights that support hiring, promotions, retention, and equity decisions. This role focuses on building and operating advanced analytical frameworks, partnering closely with Compensation, HRBPs, Recruiting, and Finance to ensure decisions are well-informed, explainable, and practical. This is a senior individual contributor role and first of its kind. You will play a critical role in shaping how compensation data is modeled, interpreted, and applied across the People ecosystem. This role reports to our Head of Compensation &amp; Total Rewards.</p>
<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the development and maintenance of compensation analytics, including market pricing, internal equity analysis, and performance-informed pay insights.</li>

<li>Translate complex or incomplete data into clear, decision-ready recommendations for Compensation leaders, HRBPs, and recruiting partners.</li>
