In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert for business and functional areas, supporting them in implementing regulatory requirements, particularly in the context of MaRisk, DORA, and EBA guidelines.

As part of the Central Outsourcing Management team, you will monitor risks and performance of our IT and non-IT service providers, accompany the entire lifecycle of outsourcing, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with other units of the Second Line of Defense and contribute to comprehensive risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate risks associated with existing service provider and outsourcing relationships (IT & Non-IT) considering regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, MaRisk, EBA).

• Provide subject matter expertise to business and functional areas in initiating new outsourcing and service provider relationships in close collaboration with Procurement, Legal, and IT Security - from risk analysis to evaluation and revision-proof documentation.

• Ensure high data quality in the central provider management system and create informative reports and management information.

• Prepare, accompany, and follow up on internal and external audits related to outsourcing and service providers.

• Participate in preparing and conducting board meetings and presenting relevant outsourcing and sourcing topics.

• Actively participate in developing internal guidelines, standards, and processes in outsourcing management, taking into account new regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Completed studies in economics or equivalent qualification.

• Several years of relevant professional experience in the banking sector, ideally in the areas of outsourcing, auditing, risk management, or regulatory compliance.

• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., MaRisk, DORA, EBA) and interest in information and IT security topics.

• Strong analytical skills, structured and meticulous working style, high level of self-responsibility, and strong teamwork skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English in writing and speaking.
