In this role, you&#39;ll be able to see your own ideas transform into breakthrough results – this is an opportunity to make a real difference.</p>\n<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>\n<p>We are looking for a highly experienced Senior/Lead SAP FICO Consultant to oversee the design, delivery, and governance of SAP Finance &amp; Controlling solutions for large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role involves leading consulting engagements, driving process excellence, mentoring junior team members, and serving as the primary functional expert for client leadership teams.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Solution Leadership &amp; Architecture</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the end-to-end design of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with client business strategy and global best practices.</li>\n<li>Architect financial processes involving FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking) and CO (CCA, PCA, COPA, Costing) in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.</li>\n<li>Drive blueprinting, solution design workshops, and cross-functional integration discussions with SD, MM, PP, and other teams.</li>\n<li>Provide expert guidance on S/4HANA conversion, Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Margin Analysis setups.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Client Advisory &amp; Stakeholder Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Directors, and business leads.</li>\n<li>Translate complex business requirements into strategic SAP solutions.</li>\n<li>Present solution options, impact assessments, and best practices to senior stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Support pre-sales activities: proposal development, solution demos, and effort estimation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Project Delivery &amp; Governance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead FICO workstreams through all project phases—discover, design, build, test, deploy, hypercare.</li>\n<li>Oversee delivery teams and ensure quality assurance of functional configuration and documentation.</li>\n<li>Manage integration with technical and cross-functional teams for WRICEF objects.</li>\n<li>Drive cutover activities, data migration strategy, and readiness assessments for go-lives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Mentoring</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mentor and guide functional consultants and analysts across multiple projects.</li>\n<li>Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and ensure adherence to consulting methodologies.</li>\n<li>Review functional specs, design documents, solution gaps, and enhancement proposals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Support &amp;
