You will also strengthen Synopsys&#39; reputation as a leader in engineering simulation and support innovation and customer success across diverse industries in Japan.</p>\n<p>Requirements include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s or Master&#39;s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field</li>\n<li>2+ years of relevant engineering experience (5+ years preferred for Bachelor&#39;s, 3+ years for Master&#39;s)</li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of computational mechanics and structural simulation</li>\n<li>Experience with Python scripting for automation or app development</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Ansys or other CAE/CAD/EDA/PLM tools</li>\n<li>Expertise in one or more areas: vibration, thermal stress, manufacturing process simulation</li>\n<li>Strong English writing and presentation skills, with ability to deliver training sessions</li>\n<li>Ability to travel up to 25%</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred qualifications include a strong understanding of material models and ability to translate business needs into execution plans.</p>\n<p>As a staff engineer, you will join a dynamic engineering team dedicated to helping customers in Japan succeed with advanced simulation technologies.
