<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Learning Strategy Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, performance goals, and workforce development needs in the automotive manufacturing and EV sectors Conduct in-depth analysis of learning requirements, job roles, and skill gaps to develop comprehensive learning strategies and frameworks Design and implement strategic plans for training programs, career development pathways, competency frameworks, and performance improvement initiatives Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in instructional design and learning strategies to inform strategy development</p>
<p>Curriculum Design and Development: Lead the design and development of instructional curricula and learning materials tailored to the needs of automotive manufacturing and EV manufacturing Conduct thorough needs assessments, task analyses, and learner profiling to inform curriculum design decisions Create engaging and interactive instructional materials, including instructor-led training (ILT), e-learning modules, videos, microlearning resources, assessments, and job aids Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and alignment of instructional content with industry standards and organizational goals</p>
<p>Learning Program Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards Monitor and analyze learner feedback, performance data, and evaluation results to continuously improve learning programs and enhance learner outcomes Conduct periodic reviews of curriculum and make updates based on changes in automotive manufacturing processes, EV technologies, and industry regulations</p>
<p>Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, instructional designers, multimedia specialists, and trainers, to develop and implement learning solutions Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business leaders, and external partners to ensure alignment of learning strategies with organizational objectives Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting learning strategies, progress updates, and evaluation findings to gain support and drive continuous improvement</p>
<p>Professional Development and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in instructional design, learning theories, and adult learning principles Explore innovative approaches to learning, including gamification, immersive technologies, and social learning, and propose their integration into training programs Prioritize retention of manufacturing knowledge to accumulate expertise and gain perspective on the business we support</p>
<p>Qualifications: Bachelor&#39;s degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or a related field Significant experience in instructional systems design, curriculum development, and learning strategy implementation Strong expertise in instructional design models, learning theories, and adult learning principles Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, multimedia software, instructional technologies and learning management systems (LMS) Demonstrated experience in designing and managing comprehensive learning strategies, competency frameworks, and career development programs Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and propose data-driven solutions Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various organizational levels</p>

      <Title>Mechanical Engineer, Omen</Title>
      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As a Mechanical Engineer on the Omen team at Anduril Industries&#39; Costa Mesa HQ, you will work on new aircraft development in a lean, high-ownership culture where you directly shape the product and operate at a velocity to fly new designs within months, not years.</p>
<p>Here, you will work on core product development for unmanned rotorcraft and complex systems, including but not limited to avionics, batteries, mechanisms, structures, sensors, and payloads. The role requires high ownership and frequent collaboration with other core disciplines focusing primarily on Omen.</p>
<p>Omen is a eVTOL, the first of its kind - ideal candidates are practical, hands-on, and self-starters. High growth potential is possible as well as additional leadership opportunities.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Owning and driving mechanical systems and platform development, overseeing the process from initial concept to low-rate production.</li>
<li>Leading technical efforts to define requirements, propose possible solutions, and establish a methodology for evaluating and verifying mechanical systems.</li>
<li>Working in close partnership with other disciplines to ensure the electrical, software, and mechanical systems collectively form a reliable, flexible, cost-effective system.</li>
<li>Spearheading design reviews, conducting analysis, visiting vendors, prototyping, and implementing hardware test plans.</li>
<li>Actively contributing to the enhancement of team tools, templates, processes, and standards.</li>

<p>In addition to core responsibilities, you will also:</p>

<p>To be successful in this role, you will need:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in an immersive technical project (collegiate project teams or professional settings).</li>
<li>A minimum of 4+ years in a technical engineering role in a professional setting.</li>
<li>Proven CAD skills (any platform, but NX preferred) and the ability to produce high-quality engineering drawings that comply with common industry standards.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals in structures, fluids, thermal, and mechanisms.</li>
<li>MATLAB/SIMULINK/SIMSCAPE experience.</li>
<li>Manufacturing knowledge &amp; experience with machine shops (sheet metal, CNC, etc.).</li>
<li>Rapid prototyping background (structures/electronics/software) &amp; 3D printing knowledge.</li>
<li>Proficient in hands-on prototyping (machining, shop tools, welding, soldering).</li>
<li>BS or MS in mechanical engineering, or equivalent work experience.</li>
<li>Demonstrated hands-on fabrication skills.</li>

<p>Preferred qualifications include:</p>

<li>Experience in NX/Teamcenter.</li>
<li>Ability to integrate electronic components into mechanical designs (motors, controllers, sensors, etc.).</li>
<li>Solid understanding and application of GD&amp;T.</li>
