Key Responsibilities: Manage full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in area of Production Planning & Manufacturing Execution / Quality Management Evaluate business requirements, identify relevant SAP capabilities and best practices Plan, prepare, and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops Design and adopt solutions for identified gaps and business process improvement measures Ensure system implementation together with near/offshore team members Act as a sparring partner for the client and project management responsibilities

Requirements: At least 8-10 years of experience in this area At least 2-5 full project lifecycles of work experience in SAP PP, QM Profound production planning and shop-floor manufacturing execution and/or quality management process experience combined with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications S/4HANA project experience and/or certification Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience Higher education degree in economics, information technology, or equivalent Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in the country's official language(s) and English Project-related mobility/willingness to travel

The Role

As a SAP Consultant in Manufacturing PP and QM, you will be responsible for managing full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in the area of Production Planning and Manufacturing Execution / Quality Management. This includes evaluating business requirements, identifying relevant SAP capabilities and best practices, planning, preparation and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops, solution design and adoption for identified gaps and business process improvement measures, and ensuring system implementation together with near-/offshore team members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 8-10 years of experience in this area, with at least 2-5 full project lifecycles of work experience in SAP PP, QM. You will also need profound production planning and shop-floor manufacturing execution and/or quality management process experience combined with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications. S/4HANA project experience and/or certification is also required.
