<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>

<li>Facilitate smooth roll out of key People programs, including front line manager support for performance review cycles, compensation cycles, employee engagement surveys and ad hoc programs</li>
<li>Analyze and present on organizational health trends and insights to managers and leaders; manage tracking and reporting of some key people data to inform team strategy</li>
<li>Ensure excellent employee experience through key life cycle stages including the departure processes</li>
<li>Work with legal counsel and external consultants to help ensure Stripe’s compliance with local labor regulations</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience; at least 2-3 years in a client facing HR role (e.g. HR Business Partner, Employee Relations partner)</li>
<li>Experience partnering directly with managers on performance management, manager coaching, employee relations, team health, and team culture</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through success diagnosing problems using data, reasoning clearly and determining viable solutions, and remaining flexible in those solutions’ implementation</li>
<li>Experience utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate recommendations for action</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and practices in Mexico</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working in a fast paced, growing environment, preferably in a technology company or a large scale organization</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Business Partner for the Latin America region, reporting to the Head of People Operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our HR strategy across the full employee lifecycle , including employee relations, talent development, performance management, compensation, and coaching , while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.</p>
<p>You will have a primary focus on the LATAM region, partnering with key departments across the organization and supporting global HR programs where needed. This role is based out of São Paulo, Brazil, and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi (2-3 days/week).</p>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with business teams as their primary HR contact, coaching managers and supporting the full employee lifecycle in close collaboration with the broader People team to maximize engagement and business execution.</li>
<li>Focus on manager coaching, organizational design, change leadership and communication, and talent management.</li>
<li>Influence business and talent initiatives that support short- and long-term goals, including driving practices that enable high performance and operational excellence.</li>
<li>Recommend, develop, and implement HR processes to further scale the business as we grow.</li>
<li>Provide counsel and guidance on employee relations situations with sound judgment and a people-first approach.</li>
<li>Lead core HR processes including performance calibration, compensation review cycles, and promotions.</li>
<li>Drive practices that increase employee engagement and satisfaction across the region.</li>
<li>Model and actively reinforce Jeeves&#39; cultural values in all aspects of the role.</li>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<li>5+ years of experience in an HRBP role, or an equivalent combination of HRBP and HR Generalist experience.</li>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, including effective facilitation, active listening, and clear written communication.</li>
<li>Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.</li>
