In this role, you'll be responsible for strategically planning long-term calendars with minimal direction, aligning schedules with business priorities. You'll also own all travel and logistics, optimizing for the executive's time and cost. Additionally, you'll own small-to-medium projects, creating high-quality presentations and spreadsheets, and act as a trusted communicator who understands the 'why' behind business priorities.

We're looking for someone with 6+ years of related experience, ideally in a high-growth environment supporting senior leaders. You should be a skilled specialist who completes complex tasks in resourceful ways, with excellent verbal and written skills, and expert-level knowledge of Google Suite and major airline platforms.
