regulations</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage engineering contractors and specialist service providers, ensuring safe working, permit compliance, and quality performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate asset records, service documentation, risk assessments, and statutory certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor the condition of mechanical, electrical, and building fabric systems,
