      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to support our manufacturing operations in the development of precision parts for Autonomous Surface Vessels (ASVs). The ideal candidate will have experience programming CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers) and a deep understanding of machining processes and quality standards.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Write, test, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and other machining processes for complex components used in autonomous maritime systems.</li>
<li>Utilize CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360) to generate efficient and precise toolpaths, ensuring high-quality output and minimal machine downtime.</li>
<li>Assist in setting up and operating CNC machines, including loading tools, fixtures, and raw materials, and ensuring machines run at optimal efficiency.</li>
<li>Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop accurate programs and ensure parts meet the required tolerances.</li>
<li>Perform in-process inspections and collaborate with quality control teams to ensure parts are within specified tolerances and meet the high standards required by the DoD.</li>
<li>Work closely with design engineers, R&amp;D teams, and production staff to optimize manufacturability, solve technical challenges, and ensure seamless integration of components into the ASV systems.</li>
<li>Continuously evaluate manufacturing processes, recommend improvements, and implement best practices to reduce waste and enhance productivity.</li>
<li>Maintain clear and accurate records of programs, revisions, and machine setups. Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and DoD specifications.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe working environment and ensure all manufacturing activities comply with OSHA, ISO, and military standards.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming, preferably in a high-precision manufacturing environment (aerospace, defense, or similar industries).</li>
<li>Experience working with CNC mills, lathes, routers, and other precision machines.</li>
<li>Familiarity with autonomous systems, maritime technology, or defense industry standards is a plus.</li>
<li>Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and other CNC programming languages.</li>
<li>Knowledge of machining processes (milling, turning, grinding, EDM, etc.) and tooling.</li>

<li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>In this role, you will define and deliver next-generation manufacturing processes in support of future-model vehicle programs. You will drive the &#39;Voice of Manufacturing&#39; throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure robust, feasible, and manufacturable stamped panels.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct early stamping process feasibility evaluation in an integrated CAD/CAE environment and coordinate between product development and manufacturing teams to lead resolution of manufacturing feasibility concerns.</li>
<li>Lead the creation of draw die CAD developments and construction release files for new model stampings.</li>
<li>Update and maintain existing stamping die process information for the inclusion of improvements, service requirements and carry-over modified part releases required for new model usage.</li>
<li>Develop stamping die processes for new model parts, optimized for cost and quality on a timely basis to achieve company objectives.</li>
<li>Lead the development of Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEAs) for new model stampings.</li>
<li>Participate in and initiate cost requests for new model costing, evaluation of engineering proposals.</li>
<li>Perform simulations of stamping processes for comprehensive formability evaluation.</li>
<li>Optimize stamping processes: Perform draw and line die simulations and remain extensively involved in taking corrective measures to resolve stamping concerns through the refinement of product design and the stamping process until the launch of production to ensure that the manufactured stamping quality is in adherence to Ford standards.</li>
<li>Support die design and tooling problem resolution during tool construction.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science or related field; or a combination of equivalent experience and education.</li>
<li>3+ years of manufacturing experience: Die Process, CAD Draw Development, Die Design, Die Construction and / or Tryout.</li>
<li>Experience with stamping and machining processes.</li>
<li>Must be capable of conducting early stamping process feasibility evaluations in an integrated CAD/CAE environment.</li>
<li>Must be able to perform simulations of stamping processes for comprehensive formability and dimensional evaluation.</li>
<li>Must support the die design sections.</li>
<li>Must be fluent with at least one stamping process simulation software: Dyna, Autoform or ESI PamStamp</li>
<li>Practical CAD experience, CATIA V5 and TeamCenter a plus.</li>
